EditWise
EditWise is an innovative web app designed to streamline and elevate the often-overlooked aspect of document batch processing. By generating consistent designs for documents like certificates or fun school assets, EditWise leverages data from Excel sheets or manual input to create a seamless, efficient experience. With plans to introduce purchasable design packs, EditWise aims to build a self-contained ecosystem, empowering users with endless possibilities for customization and creativity.

First Steps…
The project is currently in its infancy. We've developed simple mockups of the design and initiated contact with developers to start building the web app. Branding elements, including the logo and interactive mockups, have been created to simulate user interactions and provide a glimpse into the intended user experience.
Design Elements:
Logo: A thoughtfully designed logo that represents EditWise's mission and vision.
Branding Mockups: Visuals showcasing potential user interactions, emphasizing the intuitive and user-friendly design.
Batch Processing Brilliance
Finalize detailed mockups and user journey.
Begin creating the tech that powers the batch editing
Begin development of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with core functionalities.
Conduct beta testing to gather initial user feedback.
Iterate and refine the design and functionality based on feedback.
Introduce purchasable design packs to create a self-contained ecosystem.
Technologies Used: Figma for design, Adobe Illustrator for branding elements.
Challenges and Solutions: One of the main challenges has been ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience that effectively handles batch processing of documents - issues with text length sizing and overspill, By conducting user research, consulting developers and continuously refining our designs based on feedback, we've been able to address this challenge effectively.
